Clear and concise

Data and
privacy.

Da Nang Guide uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand which pages are useful and where the site does not work well. Under their own policies, these services may receive technical information about the device, browser, approximate region and interactions with the site.

Search and language statistics

Analytics events include the page language, the browser's primary language and the section path. This lets us compare the Russian, English, German and Korean editions. Site-search events include a query of no more than 80 characters and the result count; text resembling a phone number or email address is masked automatically. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in search.

Correction reports

When you submit a report, we store the page address, selected reason, comment, time and browser user-agent string. The report receives a reference number and enters the editorial queue. If Telegram forwarding is connected, it also reaches a private editorial chat. Do not submit passport, banking, medical or other sensitive data.

Purpose and retention

Data is used only to verify and correct publications, protect the form from spam and analyse site quality. Reports and the change log are retained as long as needed for verification, repeated-error prevention and editorial history.

External links

Maps, venue websites, Telegram and other external services operate under their own policies. Opening them does not mean Da Nang Guide sends them the contents of your report.

Correction and removal

Every listing offers a way to report an error, flag a closure or request review. We check facts against public primary sources and separate editorial recommendations from paid placement.
